Meet two of the individuals behind our success story.

Joanne McDonald –  Owner and Interior Designer
Joanne founded Luma Interiors in 1999 driven by a passionate belief that by working closely with clients and understanding their inner ideas and aspirations she could transform their environments in a way that gives them years of pleasure and enjoyment..

Joanne has proven time and time again that her creative talent, inherited from her artist father, together with her experience and honours degree in engineering is a combination that delivers consistent and inspiring results. Joanne is a full member of the British Institute of Interior Design Association, BIID (formerly BIDA).

Maggie McKie – Purchasing, Orders, Invoicing and Accounts
A key member of the Luma team, Maggie orders all purchases and makes sure delivery schedules and invoices work with real fluency. Financial planning, purchasing from a wide range of suppliers and keeping clients abreast at each stage is a challenge that Maggie relishes.
